The Daemon's Claw

I have enjoyed Five Parsecs from home, I recently got inspired to make a new campaign. This one is set in Mega City One. I created Squad Vandris a group of Mega City One judges that are investigating the criminal goings on in Sector 46. So far, they have been on 4 missions and are picking up clues about the criminal organisations impacting the sector. We are moving from random assignments to more of a police procedural format. It's a time of rebuilding. Unfortunately it's also an opportunity for criminal enterprises to emerge to fill the power vacuum.  I have been playing the Exaction Squad recently. This team has an undeserved bad reputation. I have seen "Experts" in Podcasts and other talking heads shows giving them a bottom tier rating. I've now played 4 games with them. All the games have been close and the Exaction team have proved very good at arresting Chaos Space Marines. Ganging up on a marine with a Subductor and a normal Judge means you can lock them up in close combat and then finish them off with some close-range shotgun action. I made a team out of my Judge Dredd models. They all got new bases. Here we go off to try and arrest some Orks. It was my first time playing the commandos who are a highly regarded team. Here we are breaking into the rooms. I managed to pull off the dog team double action to eat the Grot but I ended up too close together and got damaged by the bomb squig. I recently received the Osprey Games Judge Dredd Cursed Earth Game. This is a small card game. There are no dice, only decisions which are almost all bad. The game involves a chase across the Cursed Earth, looking for Max Normal. This adventure is a variant of the Osprey Game - Lost Expedition and uses the same approach. This is my second solo game. In this game I tried to make things a bit easier for myself and give myself more food and ammunition. According to the rules you only get 3 ration tins and this will last you one and a half days. So either the Justice department expects you to complete the mission by then, beg rations of the natives or eat irradiated food which makes your characters sick.
