Repent! Ye Foolish Gods.

Richard and I are playing a cooperative campaign of this latest game from Vince and Uncle Adam.
In this game you are playing an embittered band of followers of the Dark Gods who are now pissed off at being betrayed by their gods. (Think GW blowing up the warhammer world, level pissed) What is an angry betrayed warrior going to do? Seek revenge on the gods themselves. Kill them all.

Here are my band of sneaky murderous Dark Elves and their hit points. I have a Soldier, a Bastard, a Forsaken and an Elementalist. Some of these models are conversions. My forsaken is made from a Skorne body with a GW Dark Elf head and sword.

Here is the horde of frothing cultists we need to get through to win. As usual with Vince and Adam games the primary objective is kill everyone.
Here we are deployed. My Dark Elf Sept, gets to forward deploy a model and then has advantages on the first turn of initiative. In what would become our preferred opening move my Bastard shoots someone from hiding, kills them and then Richards wizard cast corpse explosion and blew up a huge number of densely packed cultists.

We have now formed a nice defensive line between the buildings while the sneaky wizard hunters try and flank us to get at the nice tasty magic wielders.

After dealing with the initial wave of cultists, we have moved to block up the outflankers. Forsaken have the ability to make free strikes on anyone leaving their engagement range so moving into position of a bunch or raving loonies that are about to race off and attack a sorcerer meant they all got stabbed as soon as they moved.

After being bad touched by some cultists Richard's wizard moves back to a safer distance and concentrates on making the bad people explode.

We managed to kill everyone within the 3 turn limit for a Glorious Victory!. We then rolled near maximum for treasure and got some powerful looking magic items.

Here we are ready to bring down the gods themselves.
