Deff Wizard
I went around to Richard’s house and he showed me how to plat Deff Wizard. Our two necromancers collaborated to attack a village and free its inhabitants from suffering.
Here are our necromancers and their retinue. I'm the nearer blury blob while Ricard is at the backHere are the warriors and villagers defending the village with their lives. Richard is making some very nice resin buildings. Maybe from Tabletop World?
The action heats up as the villagers boil out of their village like a disturbed wasp hive. Richard has a Vampire to slap down the warriors.
As it's a co-op game my Necromancer a delightful you lady called Thursday sent forward her ghoul and did her signature spell. Which made it explode. Every model within 3 inches took 10D10 damage. This was often enough to kill a villager or severely damage a warrior.
Here is my Necromancer helping, she doesn't need or want to get that close to the action.
After the dust settles from the explosion There are several less villagers and Richard is safely back behind his catchers mitt of Skellingtons
My Wizard advances again and another Skellie charges into the villagers and explodes like the suicidal bomber it is.
Richard and his vampire then advance in and mop up the survivors.
The game took us about 90 minutes even with looking up the rules for all the stats.
This game is a lot of fun, plays like is sounds. I get to play as one of the bad guys. This inspired me to create my own force. I'm going to be Krell with a death knight and 3 Skellingtons for my starting force.
After the game Vince Venturella did clarify that the exploding minion is removed as a casualty even if its not clearly stated in the rules. One game and already one FAQ!
